As the Oil Industry in North Dakota grew, managing the waste being generated became increasingly challenging. Glenn Baranko, Jon McCreary, and Byron Richard banded together in an equal partnership to promote proper disposal of oil field waste by creating a cost effective and safe disposal option, Environmental Solutions, LLC.
The highly reputable history of the affiliated companies was the foundation for the proposed landfill. In 2015, this special waste and small volume industrial landfill was established on 17.5 acres of land south of Belfield, ND. In addition to using the most up to date engineering practices, the landfill is constructed with a leachate monitoring system and polyethylene liner which is reinforced by a three-foot protective layer of clay.
